Its been all about steps this holiday:(hahaXD Do you guys know why?????its because of the RDS 1st Anniversary yo!So i have been practicing hard and wish to do good on that day^^ Yet this is a great opportunity to understand the personality of each member as well as the problems that had happened.....and should reform our method to accustom oneself to others. To become a prominent and successful team, we need to cope with the difficulties that lies ahead, not to run away from it, to trust one another, to be tolerant in a reasonable manner, not to blame others, but to try your best to change for the better.Everyone has flaws deep within them, no one is perfect, hence trying to conceal it is not only the solution, in fact causes oneself to be dismal in heart.In contrary, eliminating the current obstacles and willing to accept our shortcomings might be able to put an end to the problems once and for all. Problems are made to strengthen us, and by utilizing this strength we can make a better future. Forgiveness is the answer to the child's dream of a miracle by which what is broken is made whole again, what is soiled is made clean again.- Dag Hammarskjold . Therefore,as a team we should always learn to forgive each other, turn the ugly past into a heart-warming memory. I really hope that our friendship is forever^^R.V=Forever!
